Scientific contributions (poster and oral presentations) from participants are encouraged!
The Organizing Committee will try to accommodate as many requests as possible, according to the Conference programme.
Oral communications will be held in two parallel sessions.
Abstract preparation and submission
Please prepare your abstract in English by using the Microsoft Word template.
Each participant is allowed to submit only one scientific contribution as the presenting author (oral or poster), while there are no restrictions on the co-authorship.
The presenting author holds the responsibility for abstract submission and for informing the co-authors about the abstract status.
Please follow these instructions for submitting your abstract:
1) Abstracts must be submitted as Microsoft Word files only (.doc or .docx), PDF files will not be accepted.
2) Rename the file with the name of the presenting author and the type of communication selected, e.g. SurnameName_oral or SurnameName_poster.

Abstracts must be submitted not later than July 3rd 2023.
All presenting authors (oral or poster presentations) must register for the Conference not later than July 3rd 2023.
Abstract acceptance will be notified by email to the presenting author by July 20th 2023.
Scientific communications
Oral and poster presentations must be held in English.
The maximum poster size is 80 cm length x 120 cm height (A0 standard). Material for posting will be available at the congress site.
Oral communications shall not exceed 15 minutes including discussion. Respect for the timing is essential to allow participants to attend the parallel sessions.
The presentation should be prepared as Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx). Widescreen (16:9) format is recommended. The presentation will be uploaded on a PC with Microsoft Windows operating system available at the conference site. Please, note that it will not be possible to use your own PC.
